We automatically collect information related to your actions and patterns when you are using the DCD Time and Attendance App, for example, the information about the words scanned and learned.

WHAT IS CONSENT AND WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?

We do not permit children or minors to create an account on the DCD Time and Attendance App without the consent of a parent/guardian. This means that, if you are a child (below 18), you must have parent/guardian permission to register for an account.

WHO DO YOU SHARE MY INFORMATION WITH?

We consider the security of customer Information as top priority.  All information entered within the application and which we collect are managed in highly secured environment.

  1. We take requests to share your information very seriously as we only share your information securely and after an assessment is undertaken on a case-by-case basis.
  2. We require all third parties to keep your information secure and to treat such in accordance with the law.
  3. We do not grant approvals to third parties to use your information for their own purposes.  We only permit them to use your information for specific purposes in accordance with this privacy policy and our instructions.

  1. We may share your information for the purposes set out in the section called "what information do you collect about me and why?" to third parties to whom we may choose to sell, transfer, or merge parts of our business or its assets.

If we release your information for these purposes, we will try to provide you with notice in advance unless we are not allowed to because a law says so or it is not possible.

Legal Requirements: If required to do so by law, applicable regulation or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to (i) comply with a legal obligation, (ii) protect and defend the rights or property of DCD Time and Attendance, (iii) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of the Apps, or the public, or (iv) protect DCD Time and Attendance against legal liability.
